This website (https://pegoca.com) is operated by Pegoca. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pegoca. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy).
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER (NATURAL WOOD)
Pegoca stands are handcrafted from real solid wood. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
Natural Variations: Wood is a living material. Differences in grain pattern, knots, mineral streaks, and color tones are natural characteristics of the timber and are not considered defects. No two stands are exactly alike.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Handmade Nature: Slight variations in dimensions (up to 0.125 inches) may occur due to the sanding and finishing process.
4. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Choosing the correct height is critical for your pet’s comfort.
Customer Responsibility: It is solely the customer’s responsibility to measure their dog’s height before purchasing. Pegoca provides sizing guides for reference only.
Returns due to Size: While we accept returns for standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees if the wrong size is ordered.
5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (VETERINARY ADVICE)
Not Medical Advice: The content on our site regarding the health benefits of elevated feeders (e.g., digestion aid, posture support) is for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute for professional veterinary advice.
No Guarantees: While elevated feeders are often recommended for certain breeds, Pegoca does not guarantee that our products will prevent specific medical conditions, including but not limited to Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (Bloat/GDV) or arthritis. Always consult your veterinarian for specific health concerns.
6. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
For items that include custom laser engraving or made-to-order sizing:
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure all text (Pet’s Name) and spelling submitted for engraving are correct. We engrave exactly what is submitted.
No Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically 24 hours after purchase).
Final Sale: Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or if we made an error in the manufacturing process.
7. USE, CARE & DAMAGE (IMPORTANT)
Chewing & Scratching: Wood is durable but not indestructible. Pegoca is not responsible for damage caused by your pet chewing, scratching, or gnawing on the stand. This is not covered by warranty.
Water Damage: Our stands are water-resistant, not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to standing water or putting the wooden stand in a dishwasher will cause warping and peeling. This constitutes “Improper Care” and voids the warranty.
Indoor Use Only: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are designed for indoor use. Outdoor exposure to rain/sun will damage the finish.
8. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. This includes providing a valid phone number and email address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Pegoca are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS/FedEx).
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
10. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Pegoca, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
Specifically: We are not liable for:
Any injury to your pet resulting from the use or misuse of the product (e.g., tipping the stand over).
Any damage to your floors or property caused by water spills or the stand moving.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pegoca and our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website.
