  • No Data Storage: We never store your full credit card number or CVV code. All transactions are tokenized and processed directly by our secure payment partners (Stripe/PayPal).

3. CURRENCY & TAXES

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • US Sales Tax: For customers in the United States, sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and state laws.

  • International Duties (DDP):

    • We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

    • What this means for you: All import duties, VAT, and custom taxes are already included in the product price or shipping fee. You will not be charged any extra fees when the package arrives at your door.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

My card was declined. What should I do? Because elevated feeders are high-quality furniture pieces, the transaction amount may sometimes trigger a security alert from your bank, especially if it is your first time shopping with us.

  • Check Details: Ensure your Billing Address matches exactly what is on file with your bank.

  • Contact Bank: Call your bank to authorize the transaction.

  • Try PayPal: PayPal often has a higher success rate for international or first-time transactions.
