Order Tracking
To track your order, please enter your Tracking ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an email once your order has been completed, which will include the Tracking ID.

WHAT DOES MY STATUS MEAN?
1. Processing (The Workshop Phase)
Standard Items: If you ordered a Ready-to-Ship stand, we typically pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Personalized Items: If you requested your dog’s name engraved, please allow 3–5 business days. We are currently laser-engraving, sanding, and sealing the wood to ensure it lasts a lifetime.
2. Label Created / Pre-Shipment: You have received a tracking number, but the map hasn’t moved yet?
Don’t Worry: This is normal. It means we have printed the label and the package is waiting on the loading dock.
Please Wait 24–48 Hours: Carriers (UPS/FedEx) often take a day or two to scan the barcode at their sorting hub. The tracking will update soon.
3. Out for Delivery (The Arrival) Your package is on the truck!
Important Arrival Checklist: Our stands are heavy and often contain ceramic bowls.
Please inspect the outer box for severe damage before opening.
Open the box carefully and check the bowls immediately.
If a bowl is broken, take a photo and email us right away. We will ship a replacement bowl immediately.
MISSING PACKAGE?
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t see the box:
Check around the garage, porch, or side door (drivers often hide packages to prevent theft).
Ask your neighbors.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes drivers mark it as delivered a few hours early).
