To the rest of the world, they are just pets. But to us, they are family. They are the enthusiastic tail wags that greet us at the door, the silent comfort on a bad day, and the loyal companions who ask for nothing but love (and maybe a treat).
At Pegoca, we believe that every member of the family deserves to dine with dignity.
We are a US-based design studio and woodworking shop dedicated to crafting premium Wooden Elevated Dog Bowl Stands. We exist at the intersection of Veterinary Health and Interior Design, creating feeding stations that support your dog’s posture while seamlessly blending with your home’s decor.
The Spark: Why We Started
The idea for Pegoca didn’t start in a boardroom; it started in a kitchen. We looked at our own beautiful, curated homes—the hardwood floors, the modern furniture, the cozy rugs—and then we looked at the corner. There sat a flimsy plastic bowl, sliding across the floor, splashing water, looking completely out of place. Even worse, we watched our aging Golden Retriever struggle to bend down to the floor to eat, his legs shaking from the strain.
We realized two things:
Traditional floor bowls are physically uncomfortable for many dogs.
Pet supplies shouldn’t ruin the aesthetic of a home.
We set out to solve both problems with one material: Solid Wood.
The Science of Comfort (Why Elevate?)

The Pegoca Standard: Furniture, Not Toys
We treat every feeder we make as a piece of fine furniture. We don’t use hollow plastics or particle board that swells when wet. We use Real Solid Wood.
- Water-Resistant Finish: We know that dogs are messy drinkers. The biggest challenge for wooden pet products is moisture. That’s why every Pegoca stand is sealed with multiple coats of a Marine-Grade, Non-Toxic Finish. This creates a durable barrier against drool, splashes, and food spills, preventing the wood from warping or growing mold.
- Stability & Weight: Plastic bowls get pushed around the kitchen. Pegoca stands are weighted by the density of the hardwood. They stay put. We also include non-slip silicone pads on the feet to protect your floors and prevent any “migrating meals.”
- Silent Dining: There is nothing more annoying than the sound of a metal bowl clanking against a metal stand. We engineer our cutouts with silicone bumpers that hold the bowls snugly in place, eliminating noise and keeping the bowls from spinning while your pup eats.

Note: Custom orders are handcrafted with care and typically take a few extra days to create, but the result is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

By selling directly to you via https://pegoca.com, we cut out the big-box pet retailers. In the traditional retail model, a wooden feeder passes from manufacturer to distributor to retailer, with each step adding a markup. By the time it hits the shelf, you are paying a premium for mediocre quality.
At Pegoca, we source our lumber, craft the product, and ship it directly to your door. This allows us to use Premium Grade Lumber—the kind used in high-end cabinetry—while keeping our prices accessible.
Packaging with a Purpose
We know that shipping heavy wood and ceramic/stainless steel bowls requires care. We have developed a “Drop-Proof” packaging standard.
Corner Protection: Reinforced cardboard guards protect the sharp edges of the wood.
Bowl Isolation: Bowls are packaged separately within the box to prevent them from chipping the wood or each other.
