3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your Personal Information with trusted service providers to help us fulfill our contracts with you.
A. Shipping & Logistics (Crucial for DDP) To deliver your wooden stand from our US workshop to your home, we must share your Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number with our carrier partners (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Important: Providing a valid phone number is mandatory for international shipments. Carriers require it to update you on delivery status and to clear customs under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
B. Payment Processors: We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and handled by these third-party providers under strict PCI-DSS compliance standards.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information (including your pet’s name for engraving records) for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We retain this data to comply with tax laws and to facilitate any potential warranty issues (e.g., if you need a replacement leg in the future).
